• The full cost includes electricity.
   

• The deposit is required to confirm your reservation and will be deducted from the full cost.
   

• The latter is payable not less than 28 days before the start of your holiday.  If we do not receive it we will treat your reservation as cancelled.
   

• If you are making a reservation within six weeks of the start of your holiday we require payment of the full cost immediately.
   

• There is no smoking in the cottage and we regret that we do not accept pets.
  

• We do not provide bed linen so please bring your bed linen and your own towels and tea towels.
   

• If you would like to stay for less than a week please enquire, although it is unlikely we can help during the main summer period.
   

• The person making the reservation must be over 25 years old.
   

• We only accept couples or families.
   

• The cottage will be available from 2.00pm on your arrival day (Saturday) and must be vacant by 10am on   your departure day (Saturday).
   

• Please leave our cottage in the clean and tidy condition that you would expect to find it.
   

• Please also advise us of any damage or breakages immediately.

• Cancellations must be made in writing, by email or post, and we will acknowledge their receipt.
   
• If you cancel more than 28 days before your arrival date we will refund all that you have paid us, except your deposit, which is non-returnable.
   
• If you cancel 28 days or less before your arrival the full amount will be retained, unless we re-let the       cottage. In this case we will make a refund at our discretion.
